My rating: 1-Star Facility. Bathrooms are very small. Water pressure at the shower was hardly any. No white beddings, only printed. The building looks impressive on the outside. A three story building. Ground floor is a huge function room. Second floor-where six rooms are located. Third floor is another function room, but looked like it has not been cleaned for a while, used as storage.

There were two other swimming pools behind the main one. The last one is being developed with water slides. But I would be careful, because the design of the slide seemed very dangerous. Who am I to judge?

The Baraoas Road can be unforgiving. If you are riding a tricycle, it can be bumpy and dusty, and during rainy season, can be muddy.

My recommendation: It needed a "good" Hotel Management badly. Since the location is not quite close to town, they should at least offer a light breakfast, with the room, like "topsilog" and coffee. Should redirect efforts to improve the hotel service, to meet standards to US Customers.
I apologize for being so harsh in my critique with this facility. If you have experienced Las Vegas Hotels, like Bellagio and ARIA, you would not last one night at this resort, in my opinion. Please note that this was written in Feb 2009. Conditions may have improved since then.
