ACTIVITY: EARLY REGISTRATION, ID DISTRIBUTION, PICTURE TAKING, AND SOUVENIR PROGRAM DISTRIBUTION.

           ACTIVITY: PICNIC AND MISCELANEOUS ENTERTAINMENT

(Note: 1.The school bus will be on Melville St between the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the Burrard Sky train at 10:00am and 10:45am;  returning to Hyatt at 3:30pm and 4:15pm)

 FOR ATTENDEES WHO CHECKED-IN WITH THEIR VEHICLES:

The Parking of the Hotel is not owned by Hyatt Regency Hotel.  It is operated by a private contractor. It is cheaper to just get the parking

stub and pay it when you go out than having the Reception Desk to charge

your payment against your room.

SOUVENIR PROGRAM:

Subscribers/advertisers will have the priority before anybody else. We will allocate one magazine only for one family.

PAYMENT: Those who have not yet paid for the Dance and Dinner and the picnic

but assured us to pay at the door will not be given their IDs until they have paid.

Without the ID, you’ll not be allowed to enter the ballroom and picnic ground. Make the payment to Delia Vita or Paul Nonog only during the registration.
